Works4Me helps individuals in 14C subminimum wage settings move to Competitive Integrated Employment. It provides person-centered planning and enhanced wrap-around services that begin earlier in the discovery process and continue into the employment stage by creating new services, re-envisioning select Employment First services, providing quality existing services, and following recommendations from local steering committees. Works4Me is Ohio’s response to a call for proposals from the Rehabilitation Services Administration (Department of Education) and is led by Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (Ohio’s Vocational Rehabilitation). If you would like to learn more about Works4Me, click here to visit the Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities webpage.

A technology toolkit has been developed to help individuals find the best types of technology to support their success at work. To view the Works4Me Technology Toolkit, please click here.
