Ohio Tech Ambassadors
The Ohio Tech Ambassadors share stories showcasing how Supportive Technology can enhance the lives and foster independence for people with developmental disabilities.
Today, we are joined by three Tech Ambassadors: Marci Straughter, Phill Kirk, and Michael Yeamans. Marci Straughter lives in Franklin County, loves cooking, and has a Facebook page called Marci’s “Keep It Cookin” Cookbook! Phill Kirk is from Licking County, loves music, and can often be heard by neighbors playing his drums. Michael is from Warren County, is finishing up his cybersecurity degree at Sinclair Community College, and dreams of starting a security firm featuring a team of cybersecurity experts with disabilities.
They are joined by Steve Pelton, the executive director of We Thrive Together and director of the Ohio Tech Ambassador Project.
