Andrew Buck

Dr. Andrew Buck is a Research Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University, where he earned a PhD in Educational Policy. Dr. Buck has dedicated his career to promoting education, employment, and health equity for individuals with disabilities. He leads community-engaged research initiatives to advance disability inclusion, facilitates professional communities of practice to expand disability competency, and conducts focus group and survey research to inform policy and practice. His expertise spans program evaluation, knowledge translation, and implementation science. Previously, Dr. Buck implemented a mentorship program for STEM undergraduates with disabilities, developed an evidence-based career readiness curriculum for secondary students, and delivered professional development for educators implementing transition services.
