Hillary Gaytan – Sales Manager, IntellectAbility
After graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in Psychology, Hilary did what any sensible person would do—grabbed the first job that came her way: Direct Support Professional in a group home supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Despite the countless overnight shifts, marathon 16-hour days, and on-call weekends, she was captivated by the work. During her time at Five Star Industries in Du Quoin, IL, Hilary wore many hats, including DSP, Residential Manager, QIDP, and Case Manager. Eager to amplify her impact, she joined IntellectAbility in 2016, where she now oversees a team working to broaden the reach of the company’s innovative tools and training programs.
