Biography:
Tracey Manz is the Project Manager for the Family Resource Network of Ohio at The Ohio State University Nisonger Center and the Lead Parent Facilitator for the Nisonger Aspirations program. In these roles, she leads statewide initiatives that support autistic youth, adults, and their families through person-centered planning, self-advocacy, and meaningful community engagement. Tracey has played a key role in embedding Charting the LifeCourse principles across programs, trainings, and systems in Ohio, translating the framework into practical tools that families, professionals, and self-advocates can use in everyday life.
With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare management, Tracey brings a strong systems-level perspective to her work, while remaining deeply grounded in lived experience as the parent of an adult on the autism spectrum. She is a Charting the LifeCourse Ambassador and a former LEND Family Trainee (2019–2020), and she is currently pursuing a degree in social work. Tracey is known for building collaborative networks, centering family and self-advocate voices, and bridging the gap between vision and action to support inclusive, self-directed lives across the lifespan.
