Biography:
Holly is a clinical instructor in the Medical Dietetics Division in the School of Health and
Rehabilitation Sciences and has served as LEND faculty since 2017. She also holds a clinical
appointment in Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at The Ohio State University Wexner
Medical Center. Before her position at OSU, Holly worked as a pediatric dietitian in an acute care
setting. Her research interests involve the assessment and management of micronutrient deficiencies.
She has spoken nationally and authored several publications on this topic. She is currently working
towards completing a doctoral degree in Clinical Nutrition.
