In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, many people have to exchange ‘in-person’ meetings for the virtual world. People with disabilities have the need to utilize services like ZOOM to communicate with their work colleagues, doctors, service providers, take part in their social committees and communicate visually with their families.  These documents were developed as a joint effort between Nisonger Center and the OSDA (Ohio Self Determination Association) to address the need for clear language instructions and best practices for utilizing Zoom.
