Accessing the Nisonger Conference Room Calendar
Please note that you must have a valid OSUMC email account. This article pertains to Microsoft Outlook 2003.
Important:
When scheduling a conference room via the Shared Calendar, please remember to fill out ALL pertinent information (e.g., start and end time, location).
Accessing the Folder List/Shared Calendar
In the lower lefthand navigation pane you can click the Folder List button
If the Folder List button is not visible you may have to drag the dark blue bar along the top upwards to display more buttons.
You will see a parent folder for your mailbox, as well as any Personal Folders files in your profile, and Public Folders at the bottom .
Double-click on Public Folders to expand the hierarchy list. Double-click again on the subfolder All Public Folders.
Listed below All Public Folders are multiple containers for departments within the Medical Center. Locate the container Nisonger and double-click to expand.
Within the Nisonger container is a calendar item Conference Room Schedule. RIGHT-Click this item and select Add to Favorites from the context menu.
Now the Conference Room Schedule should be available for use anytime from your regular Calendar view. Just place a checkmark next to the Conference Room Schedule option and it will appear in the view pane to the right.
