Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (Autism, Asperger’s Disorder, and Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified [PDD-NOS]) ages 18 to 40 are needed to participate in a study about gender differences in friendships and emotions of adults on the autism spectrum. Participants must be willing to allow their parents/family members to complete short questionnaires about them and to come to the OSU Nisonger Center for an assessment lasting 2.5 to 3 hours. Unfortunately, individuals who have been diagnosed with intellectual disability, Fragile X Syndrome, Prader-Willi Syndrome, or Down Syndrome, and those who have a legal guardian cannot participate in this study.
