E-Mentoring

The E-Mentoring Program is a contemporary and innovative program that matches students with disabilities with mentors who have college and/or career experience. Students and mentors communicate through e-mail in this program. The students complete an online course which helps prepare them for their transition to work and/or college.


Health Promotion / Healthcare Parity

The goal of the Healthcare Parity Project is to increase the capacity of health care providers to provide quality healthcare to persons with disabilities.


IDD Psychology

One of seven graduate degree program areas of Ohio State University's Department of Psychology , the IDD Psychology Program specializes in training researchers and practitioners to work with people with IDD.


The LEND Program

The Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Program (LEND) is a leadership education program funded by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) in the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).


Ohio's STEM Ability Alliance

Ohio's STEM Ability Alliance (OSAA) is recruiting students with disabilities who are majoring in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) degrees to participate in student learning communities, mentoring, ability advising programs and internship opportunities.


Online Orientation

Our Orientation Program was designed for new employees in Ohio's County Board system, but we enroll employees of private providers as well as individual members of the community. Anyone who wants to know more about the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) can take this program.
