Dental Program
The Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) Dental Program at the Nisonger Center provides training for students enrolled in dental and dental hygiene programs as well as postgraduate level dental residents. The dental program trains students through service to infants, children and adults with developmental disabilities, as well as providing technical assistance to community agencies and programs.
A complete range of oral health services are available. When appropriate, referrals to dental specialists will be made. |

Eligibility
People with developmental disabilities throughout Ohio are eligible to recieve diagnostic services. People with intellectual and developmental disabilites within Franklin county are eligible to recieve ongoing services. Anyone outside of Franklin County will be referred to local resources for ongoing services.
Hours of Operation
The dental facility is open Monday through Friday with services available by appointment only. A 24-hour emergency service is available for patients of record.
Payment
All major insurance programs, a sliding fee scale and Medicaid are accepted. When necessary, fee arrangements can be made.
