Sondra Williams featured in Autism Advocate adaptive dance article
Sondra Williams, former LEND family advocacy trainee, describes the benefits of adaptive dance in an article by Amanda Glensky entitled, “How a Woman’s Dream to Dance Came True,” in the Winter 2010-2011 issue of Autism Advocate. Glensky is the media specialist for the Autism Society of America in Bethesda, Md. Sondra has autism and is the mother of four children with Asperger syndrome. She is also a member of the Autism Society’s Panel of People on the Spectrum of Autism Advisors.
