Stepping Beyond the ABA-Eclectic Dichotomy: Evidence-based Individualized Programs for Students with ASD

Samuel L. Odom is the director of the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute and professor in the School of Education at the University of North Carolina. He is the author or co-author of many refereed articles and editor or co-editor of seven books on early childhood intervention and developmental disabilities.

Currently, Odom is the principal investigator of the National Professional Development Center on Autism Spectrum Disorders and a treatment comparison study of different early intervention comprehensive treatment models for young children with autism, funded by the Institute of Education Sciences.

Cost: Free    Refreshments and buffet brunch will be served.
